La Ronda, Founder of Refresh Life Coaching, has dedicated her life to mentorship, coaching, and community service. Mrs. Smith found her love for helping others as a peer-counselor to her high school community. Since then, La Ronda went on to found Refresh Youth Center (RYC), a non-profit community organization which seeks to improve local communities within the Los Angeles County through mentoring, youth seminars, and community outreach. La Ronda is involved with several other volunteer organizations and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the National Organization for Human Services (NOHS), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As a certified Life Coach, La Ronda brings a lifetime of community experience and dedicated passion to Refresh Life Coaching.
